Revenue teams already coordinate deals in Slack. That’s where an account executive asks a solutions engineer about a security review, or a manager checks on a late-stage deal. Until now, answering those questions meant leaving the conversation to look things up.
What you can do
- Mention @Astra with a question — “what did Northwind say about pricing last week?” — and get an answer with links to the source conversations.
- Unfurl any CXAstra deal or account link into a live summary card.
- Subscribe a channel to an account and receive alerts for new risks, stakeholders or commitments.
- Get a short pre-meeting brief posted thirty minutes before customer calls.
Answers with sources
Every reply from Astra cites where the information came from: the call, the email thread or the record. Teammates can check the context in one click, and nobody has to take an AI answer on faith.
“The best place for customer context is wherever the team is already making decisions.”
Permissions that follow the data
Astra respects the same access rules in Slack as in CXAstra. If someone can’t see an account in the app, Astra won’t reveal it in a channel. In shared channels, answers are sent privately to the person who asked unless they choose to share them.
Getting started
Workspace admins can install Astra for Slack from the Integrations page in settings. Setup takes about two minutes, and each user connects their own account the first time they mention @Astra. It’s available today on all paid plans.
